 tyle_2">The University of British Columbia is pleased to host a joint confe
 rence bringing together <a href="https://blogs.ubc.ca/sula/">SULA (Semantic
 s of Under-represented Languages in the Americas)</a> and <a href="https://
 semantics-triplea.org/">TripleA (Semantics of Languages of Africa\, Asia\, 
 Australia and Oceania)</a>. Here is <a href="https://blogs.ubc.ca/sulatripl
 ea/program/">the program</a>. This will be the first time that these confer
 ences will be combined into one joint event. The conference also marks the 
 25th Anniversary of SULA\, which took place for the first time in 2001. The
  goal of the conference is to bring together researchers working on languag
 es or dialects which<span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody"> are under-rep
 resented in the literature on formal semantics</span>. There will be a spea
 ker panel on Indigenous perspectives on linguistics research and language r
