Please note that we can only help with questions that are specific to our courses and programs — we may refer you to your home faculty advising office for more general questions, such as faculty graduation requirements.

Advising
By Appointment (on Zoom!): Appointments are on Weds., 3-5 PM.
Drop-in (in person!): Drop-in Advising is held Tues., 12-1 PM.

Drop-in Advising is held in Buchanan C Room 124. Booked Advising Appointments are held on Zoom. After submitting a booking request, please check your email (and Spam/Junk folders) for a confirmation email containing the Zoom link.

If you have any questions that you’d like to ask an advisor or would like to book an appointment not using the calendar above, please fill out the form below. You can generally expect to hear back within 1 week of submitting the form; we prioritize responding to urgent messages.

Undergrad Advising Questions

    Note: If you believe your language requirement has been completed and want it to be manually updated on your Academic Progress Report (APR) on Workday, please include in your description below the specific courses that you think should be applied (e.g. FREN_V 301 and FREN_V 302).
  • NB: If your question relates to a specific degree program, please specify which one (Linguistics vs. Speech Sciences; major vs. Honours).
